At ZIPPY, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your ZIPPY account, select your order history, and click the 'Return Item' button to generate your unique return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items and the packing slip into the original shipping bag or a sturdy box, ensuring all original tags are intact.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
