You can place it on your baby's tummy to help relieve cramps and colic naturally, or put it in your baby's bed to give them a cosy warmth that helps them relax and fall asleep. Heat the pillow in the microwave at 700W for 45 seconds. If necessary, add another 15 seconds until it reached the desired temperature. The cover can be washed at 30º. The seed pillow is not washable.
